Light a Mathematics Path is a mathematics workbook we designed to prepare students with the necessary skills to successfully enter Algebra 1 as the entry level course for advance mathematics.

 

We have created this basic math workbook to facilitate students' understanding of the skills needed to better grasp Algebra 1. There are three LAMP workbooks beginning, intermediate, and advanced. 

 

Each workbook covers topics from Numeration, Counting, and Place Value to Statistics and Probability.

L.A.M.P. Solutions Manual

The LAMP Workbook Sample Solutions Manual is designed to provide support to students using the Light a Math Pathway Workbook. The Manual gives examples of the method(s) that students may use to solve each set of exercises.

 

The solutions demonstrated are color coded to allow for easier identification and recognition of suggested way(s) to be used to solve each prescription set of exercises. 

 

There is no substitute for a math tutor/teacher however, this manual may provide support in the absence of a math teacher/tutor

Umoja Math Workshop

Product description

LAMP Learning Facilitation Workshop will provide the service for all interested community based organizations, religious groups, schools, prisons, and other groups with at least twenty (20) participants. 

​

The Workshop will cover topics designed to prepare students, who complete the workbook properly, to be successful in Algebra, the advance math classes that follow, High School Graduation Exams, and College Math placement tests.

​

For any individuals unable to pay the cost, the Umoja Development Foundation can provide sponsorship.
