Our Services

LAMP Learning Facilitation Workshop will provide the service for all interested community based organizations, religious groups, schools, prisons, and other groups with at least twenty (20) participants. The Workshop will cover topics designed to prepare students, who complete the workbook properly, to be successful in Algebra, the advance math classes that follow, High School Graduation Exams, and College Math placement tests.

Most math intervention programs only offer grade-level instruction. But each student has different skill gaps. Umoja Development Foundation offers a truly individualized learning plan-meeting students at their actual level of mastery and tailor instruction to focus on all areas of growth. Each student will begin to see success immediately and get the help they need to take their math to new heights. 

A Student Individualize Math Learning Plan is created based on the results of the AMP Diagnostic   The red items in the PRE/POST first column indicate the Pre Test score in red and the Post Test correct score will be in black.  Each incorrect answer on the Pre-Test questions is coded red.   The Code column to the right indicates the exercises needed to be completed for understanding concepts missed.  All exercises should be done in sequential order.  The SIMLP will indicate which page(s) in the LAMP Workbook to be done to assist in mastering the skill answered incorrectly on the AMPD.
